Mu88 Gaming Group ("Mu88," "we," "us") collects personal data necessary to provide gaming services, process payments and comply with our obligations under our Curaçao gaming licence. Categories of data collected include: registration information (name, date of birth, nationality, residential address, mobile number, email address); payment data (bank account numbers, e-wallet identifiers, crypto wallet addresses); identity verification documents (government-issued ID, passport) collected as part of Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures; and technical data (IP address, device identifiers, browser type, session logs) collected automatically during your use of the Mu88 platform.

We process your personal data under the following legal bases: (a) performance of the contract between you and Mu88; (b) compliance with legal obligations including anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) requirements; (c) our legitimate interests in operating a secure and fair gaming platform; and (d) your consent, where separately obtained.

Your personal data is used to: verify your identity and age (you must be 18 or older to use Mu88); process deposits and withdrawals through your selected payment method; administer bonuses, cashback and promotions; detect and prevent fraud, money laundering and problem gambling; provide customer support; and comply with reporting obligations to Mu88's licensing authority in Curaçao.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We share data with payment processors (MoMo, ZaloPay, ViettelPay, Vietcombank, Techcombank, BIDV, Agribank, crypto processors), game providers (under data processing agreements), our Curaçao licensing authority, and law enforcement or regulatory bodies when legally required.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a minimum of five years after account closure, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Payment records are retained for seven years.

You have the right to: access a copy of your personal data; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements); object to certain processing activities; and lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection authority.
