By registering an account with Mu88 Gaming Group ("Mu88"), you confirm that: you are at least 18 years of age; you are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law; you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for another person; you have not previously had a Mu88 account suspended or closed for terms violations; and the funds you deposit are not proceeds of criminal activity.

Each individual may hold only one Mu88 account. Duplicate accounts detected through shared device identifiers, IP addresses, payment methods or verified identity documents will be subject to account suspension and forfeiture of pending balances pending investigation.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method: ₫100,000 via MoMo, ZaloPay or ViettelPay; ₫200,000 via bank transfer (Vietcombank, Techcombank, BIDV, Agribank); ₫250,000 equivalent via cryptocurrency. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification (KYC). First-time withdrawals require submission of a government-issued photo ID and proof of your registered payment method. KYC documents are reviewed within 24 hours during business hours.

Mu88 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal approval pending verification that bonus wagering requirements have been met, that the account has not been flagged for suspicious activity, and that identity verification is complete. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified within 30 days may be cancelled and the funds returned to the account as credit.

All bonuses at Mu88 are subject to their individual terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering multipliers, eligible game contributions and expiry dates. The current bonus terms for each promotion are published on the Mu88 promotions page and are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between a bonus's specific terms and these general terms, the bonus-specific terms prevail.

Exploitation of bonuses through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, use of multiple accounts, collusion or any technique designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion is strictly prohibited. Mu88 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is confirmed.

Disputes arising from your use of Mu88 should first be directed to Mu88 customer support via live chat or email. If a complaint cannot be resolved within 14 days, you may escalate to Mu88's licensing authority in Curaçao. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao. By registering an account, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Curaçao for resolution of disputes that cannot be settled through Mu88's internal complaints process.
